Manufacturer's Warranty: Golf Carts
5-year battery warranty and 3-year body, mechanical and electrical warranty.
- •Battery (5 years): lithium-ion cells, BMS and abnormal performance
- •Body & structure (3 years): frame, welds and body panels (manufacturing defects)
- •Mechanical & electrical (3 years): motor, electronics, steering and suspension
- •Assessment by our authorised team is required
- •Repair or replacement based on the technical findings
- •First 6 months: repair or replacement, if the defect is confirmed
- •After that: repair or replacement only
- •Repairs carry a further 3-month warranty on parts and labour
- •Negligence or poor maintenance
- •Damage from animals
- •Misuse or exceeding the cart's limits
- •Unauthorised modifications or tampering
- •Normal wear-and-tear items (tyres, brake pads, upholstery)
Manufacturer's Warranty: Electric Scooters
1-year all-round warranty, repair or replacement at the manufacturer's discretion.
- •Electric motor (mechanical and electrical faults)
- •Battery & BMS
- •Frame & fork (structural integrity)
- •Electronics (controller, display, wiring)
- •Assessment by our authorised team is required
- •Outcome based on the technical findings
- •First 6 months: repair or replacement, if the defect is confirmed
- •Months 7–12: repair or replacement only
- •Repairs carry a further 3-month warranty on parts and labour
- •Negligence or poor care (moisture, storage, charging issues)
- •Damage from animals
- •Misuse (stunts, overloading, rough terrain)
- •Tampering or unauthorised modifications
- •Normal wear-and-tear items (tyres, brake pads, grips)
Manufacturer's Limited Warranty: Bicycles & E-Bikes
12-month warranty, repair or replacement at the manufacturer's discretion after inspection.
- •Electric drive system (motor)
- •Battery & BMS
- •Frame & rigid fork (structural integrity)
- •Electronics (controller, display, sensors, wiring)
- •Drivetrain components (manufacturing defects only, excludes wear and adjustments)
- •Assessment by an authorised service centre is required
- •Repair or replacement based on the technical findings
- •The owner is responsible for transport unless agreed otherwise
- •First 6 months: repair or replacement, if the defect is confirmed
- •Months 7–12: repair or replacement only
- •Repairs carry a further 3-month warranty on parts and labour
- •Poor maintenance, misuse or environmental damage
- •Incorrect battery care
- •Impacts, overloading or racing use
- •Unauthorised modifications or aftermarket parts
- •Normal wear-and-tear items (tyres, brakes, chains, etc.)
- •Damage from animals, accidents or third-party transport
Terms of sale
Pricing and specifications
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of our information and pricing, GR8-EV reserves the right to amend pricing, specifications or features without prior notice. Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE). In the event of a manifest error, we are not obliged to honour the incorrect price, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Payment and stock release
No stock is released or dispatched until the full purchase price reflects in our bank account. Proof of payment alone is not sufficient for the release of goods.
Consumer Protection Act
All transactions are subject to the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008. We encourage customers to confirm model details with a sales representative before finalising a purchase.
